Gator App help

Welcome to GatorApp.

GatorApp is a tool used by the Mount Horeb Gators to help manage the team. Specifically you can use it to check the schedule of events for the season and reserve your volunteer selections for meets, practices, socials and more.

You can also use it to tell the coaches which events you would like to swim in in upcoming meets.

You need to log in before you can do anything. If you forgot your password, contact John P.

Once you log in the menu bar will appear with three options:

  • Gator Volunteer Calendar - allows you to view the entire Gator's calendar and select events and jobs you would like to volunteer for.
  • My Volunteer Schedule - will let you view the events and jobs you are currently signed up for. You can also cancel jobs you have signed up for here.
  • Meet Signup - on this page you will be asked to select a swimmer and a meet. Then you will be taken to a page that should show the meets your swimmer is eligible based on their age and gender. Check the events you are interested in and submit. That's it.

  1. Every parent will be given an account. So they can sign up for their own slots.
  2. Every swimmer will be in the system. But only logged in parents can actually sign their swimmer up for events.
  3. Any parent in the same family can sign up one of their swimmers.

In the upper right on each page you should see a help button . If you are unsure how to use a particular page click on the help button and it will popup a window with more details.
